4. Prices and Currency
All published prices are announced in FJD per person and include 25% Fiji Government taxes & levies (Value Added Tax, Service Turnover Tax, Environment & Climate Adaptation Levy).
Prices laid out by foreign agents may vary due to currency fluctuations. Please understand that we are not able to refund price variances caused by currency fluctuation.
5. Children Prices
For all Tickets and Billets children under the age of 13 on years are free of Charge. Children from 13 years pay Full Price.
6. Information in the brochure
Our brochure was published on 15 June 2018 and is valid until 31 March 2019.
Services may change after the date of publication. We try hard to keep travel agents informed of any changes of information in our brochure that are brought to our attention.
If any changes are necessary, you will be advised prior to your trip. Therefor please make sure that either your travel agent or Fiji4me© can get in touch to you regarding changes that may occur after booking.
7. Necessity of Serious Changes
fiji4me© reserves the right to cancel departures, alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, arrange alternative transport and vary itineraries and services if justified necessary. Refunds therefor will not apply.
All transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions and operational requirements. Should adverse conditions prevent operation it might be necessary for you to concern for additional accommodation at your own cost. Refunds therefor will not apply.
Fiji4me© is not responsible for missed flights or any associated expenses due to late arrival at our Vessels berth.
9. Visa Requirements
Guests travelling with Fiji4me© are responsible by themselves to travel according Fiji Republic’s visa requirements.
10. Travel Insurance
In essential condition of travelling with fiji4me© is to have a valid travel insurance policy to cover the cost of any emergency medical treatment or accident and to protect your holiday payments in the event of cancellation and/or delays.
Please note: There are no medical facilities in the Yasawas so if any medical problem arises you will need to return to Lautoka, furthermore, sea conditions and sometimes cyclones can prevent travel on the booked dates.

Conditions of Carrying
11. Liability of Departure
If seriously necessary, Bouwaqa Shipping Limited reserves the right to cancel departures or arrange alternative transport in any way without any liability to a passenger.
12. Liability for Loss, Damages
Bouwaqa Shipping Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may arise or be alleged to arise directly or indirectly in the event of cancellation, alteration, variation or abandonment of the service before or during the course thereof.
Bouwaqa Shipping Limited or any of its crew members are entitled to decide in their absolute discretion that cancellation, abandonment, alteration or delay in the service arising is necessary.
Bouwaqa Shipping Limited shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise and additional expense so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.
13. Other Performing Carriers
Bouwaqa Shipping Limited may arrange for any other performing carrier contracted for to undertake the agreed service or any part thereof without assuming any liability themselves.
The performing carrier and his Crew members shall be entitled to the benefit of these terms and conditions to the same extent as Bouwaqa Shipping Limited and its crew members as if such person were a party to the contract.
14. Weather and Sea Conditions
For avoidance of doubt and without limiting any other term or condition of carriage, all services are subject to weather and sea conditions.
15. Refuse to Carry
Bouwaqa Shipping Limited is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning reason therefor.
